Cancellation & Refund Policy
Notice of cancellations must be sent in writing to us. A fee of INR 2,000/- or USD 35/- per person will be charged for all cancellations and additionally, the following scale of charges will apply when a cancellation notice occurs within 30 days of the tour departure date. No refund is provided for visa services. For flight tickets purchased, it is the client’s
responsibility to adhere to the rules & regulations of the airline on the ticket purchased. Airlines charges a cancellation penalty, which is subject to change and will be based on the policy in effect at the time of cancellation. Insurance, Seat selection, meals pre-booked, donation and convenience fees are non-refundable.

Up to 31 days or later cancellations: 45% Cancellation charge + Fee of Rs 2000/- PP
30 days or later cancellations: 100% cancellation charge.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation. However, in circumstances, which are reasonably foreseeable and/or beyond our reasonable control, we may be forced to cancel your booking. In which case, you will be notified of such a change as soon as possible and a full refund will be made in best possible time. Tripkonnect Journeys shall not be subject to any further claims in such an event.

Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Refund Requests
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone. Refund requests must include the booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.

Amendments to the Refund Policy
This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Any amendments to the refund policy will be updated on our website.

Special Circumstances
Refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or natural disasters will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

As such we are not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage or any other loss (direct or indirect) or will cover expenses arising out of the actions of the hotels, transportation companies and/or other suppliers providing services which have been reserved for us. In no event, TRIPKONNECT JOURNEYS TRAVEL PVT LTD will be liable for any damage resulting from loss of data or use, lost profits, or anticipated savings, nor for any damage arising as an indirect or secondary consequence of nothing done or not done by us, whether such damage was reasonably foreseeable or foreseen. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Use of Services: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Passenger aged 75 and over are required to have a doctor’s certificate of good health to travel and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old (in good health). If there is a pregnant guest, we need to be informed while reserving the tour. The company does not accept guests who are 5 months pregnant or beyond. Any food allergies and co-morbid diseases need to be informed at the time of booking.

Rule & regulations: All laws, rules and regulations of the country being visited have to be adhered to under all circumstances. It is client responsibility to ensure that their travel documents are in order (Passport should be valid for next 185 days from the date of entry) and have a valid visa/documents. Booking Services: Tripkonnect Journeys Pvt Ltd provides a platform for users to search for and book travel-related services such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. We act as an intermediary between users and third-party service providers. Any bookings made through our website are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, content, or services provided. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information before making bookings.
