Cancellation & Refund Policy
Notice of cancellations must be sent in writing to us. A fee of INR 2,000/- or USD 35/- per person will be charged for all cancellations and additionally, the following scale of charges will apply when a cancellation notice occurs within 30 days of the tour departure date. No refund is provided for visa services. For flight tickets purchased, it is the client’s responsibility to adhere to the rules & regulations of the airline on the ticket purchased. Airlines charges a cancellation penalty, which is subject to change and will be based on the policy in effect at the time of cancellation. Insurance, Seat selection, meals pre-booked, donation and convenience fees are non-refundable.
Up to 31 days or later cancellations: 45% Cancellation charge + Fee of Rs 2000/- PP
30 days or later cancellations: 100% cancellation charge.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation. However, in circumstances, which are reasonably foreseeable and/or beyond our reasonable control, we may be forced to cancel your booking. In which case, you will be notified of such a change as soon as possible and a full refund will be made in best possible time. Tripkonnect Journeys shall not be subject to any further claims in such an event.

Refund Requests
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone.
Refund requests must include the booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.

Special Circumstances
Refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies or natural disasters will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
